Terms of service.
These terms cover every job CalliCraft & Co. LLC ("we") does for you. When you approve a quote, you agree to them.
Quotes, approval and payment
- Quotes. Every job gets a written quote, line by line. A quote stays good for 30 days. Florida sales tax is added where it applies.
- Approval. We start when you approve the quote in writing. An email reply counts.
- Websites and systems. Payment is due in full when you approve the quote. If that doesn't work for you, ask to split it: 50% at approval and 50% at launch.
- 3D prints. Custom parts are paid in full at approval.
- Invoices. Invoices are due within 7 days. We accept cash, Zelle, Cash App, and cards through Square. If a payment is late, we pause work until it's paid.
- Changes. If you change the job after approval, we quote the change first. Nothing extra is billed without your okay.
- Your materials. You confirm you have the right to use what you send us: files, photos, logos and text. You're responsible for its accuracy.
Ownership, support and liability
- Who owns the work. Once you've paid in full, you own what we made for you: printed parts, the final files we deliver, and your site's custom content and code. We keep our existing tools, code libraries, templates and know-how, and you get a permanent license to use them as part of what we delivered.
- Portfolio. We may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
- Accounts. Your domain and hosting go in your name whenever possible. At launch we hand over every login.
- Support. For 30 days after launch, we fix bugs in our work at no charge. After that, we quote each support request before we start.
- Cancelling. You can cancel any time in writing. If we haven't started work, we refund everything you've paid. Once work has started, what you've paid covers the work done and isn't refunded.
- Our promise. If a part doesn't match the approved spec, or a site doesn't do what the quote says, we fix it. Beyond that, we make no other promises about the work, including that it fits a purpose we didn't agree to in writing.
- Limit of liability. Our total liability for a job is limited to what you paid us for it. We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or downtime.
- Florida law. Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the courts of Polk County, Florida.
- Updates. We may update these terms. The version in effect when you approve a quote applies to that job.
